Free Community Workshops

Dr. John Rae strongly believes that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care and should have the opportunity to speak with a chiropractor about their health concerns.

 At Bayside Family Chiropractic we are enthusiastic about educating our patients on how chiropractic works and what amazing positive affects it can have on our body.

While booking an assessment is the most effective and thorough way of getting an introduction there are other ways of seeking helpful information.

 Dr. John is happy to visit your workplace or community group for health talks and/or lunch & learns. It’s simple to organize and is a great way to introduce chiropractic to family, friends and co-workers!

The clinic also hosts unique educational seminars twice a week. You are welcome to call the clinic and inquire on when you can attend! All of these talks are free to our community!
